Technical Questions

Question: I can't see the videos

Answer: Make sure you're loading the program into your computer. The program will NOT work in a CD player in your car or in a DVD player.

Please Note: The videos are all in flash. If you are not able to view the videos, simply download the plugin (it's free and about 99% of all computers already come bundled with it).

if you're not sure if you have it or not, go to this site to download the latest version of the flash player.

Also due to a "bug" with firefox, some users report that the videos usually don't play properly. Please make sure the program is loading into internet explorer if you experience any problems.

Question: I can't listen to the audios

Answer: Please make sure you have Quicktime player. It's a free download and comes built in with Windows. If you don't have it, you can get the Quicktime Player here:

If you have it, find the settings/preferences and make sure that quicktime is set as your default MP3 player. You want it to play MP3's. Keep in mind you may have changed settings on your browsers preferences, so you'll have to make sure you allow active plugins and active content, otherwise you'll see a big red x instead of the audio.

Question: The program doesn't run

Answer: if you're not able to run the CD-ROM automatically, do this:

1. Open Internet Explorer (the program doesn't work well with firefox due to a bug within the browser)
2. Go to FILE>OPEN and find the INDEX.HTML page within the CD-ROM.

This takes you to the start page of the program. Click to the next page, Step 1. The audio clips are embedded in the page and you should be able to play them from there.

Question: I'm having trouble downloading the digital bonuses

Answer: Did you process your order for the CD-ROM and not receive or could not find/see the download page to get your digital bonuses? If so, and you feel that your transaction was successful, please email us at Support.

When emailing support, remember to include your billing name, payment type, transaction number and email address. We will then verify your transaction and email you a link to download the digital bonuses upon confirmation. This is usually completed either the same day or the next day.

Shipping Questions

Question: Will anyone know it's dating information from the packaging?

Answer: Absolutely not. The only identifying mark on the package will be the "from" which is "Fulfillment Central" which is our fulfillment house. The term dating, insider internet dating, or anything else related will not be included on the package exterior whatsoever. This is 100% discreet.

Question: How long will it take for my package to arrive?

Answer: Most orders within the US arrive within 4-5 days, however, we do ask that you allow at least two weeks from the date of order before inquiring.

Most international shipments ship via USPS Global Priority Mail and we are unable to obtain tracking information. However, most orders arrive within 2-3 weeks, give or take. If there happens to be a problem with the receipt of your order please feel free to email us after 3 weeks.

Question: What will the IID box look like?

Answer: The materials are shipped in a plain cardboard box

Returns, Refunds or Cancellations

If you decide to return the product, please just take a few minutes to take care in packaging all of it back up so it will be in good condition when it comes back. Here are some tips:

It seems to work well to package the product in a padded envelope, or a box stuffed with paper to protect the contents.

Make sure all the disks are put back in the dvd cases so they won't get shuffled around and get damaged.

Print your name, phone #, and email address you used when you signed up, and your order # if you have it on a piece of paper and include it with the contents of the package so your refund will be processed quickly.

Obtain a tracking number from the shipper you choose so you can verify your returned shipment just in case it is lost in transit. If you have the tracking number, you will receive a refund even if it's not received back at the distribution center.

As soon as your return is received, your order will be cancelled or refunded within 24-48 hours upon receipt and you will be sent a confirmation email. Refunds to a credit card can take anywhere from 2-30 business days and 5-7 bus. days for debit cards according to the refund policies of YOUR bank, so keep an eye out for that.

"Pimp My Profile" or "Attract Hotter Women" Subscriptions

Simply email Pimp My Profile or Attract Hotter Women asking us to cancel your subscription. Include your full name, email address and order number (if you have it). We'll send you an email confirmation after we've cancelled your subscription. Or alternatively you can log into your paypal account and cancel your subscription on your own.
